Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group European Buyout 2005 (A), L.P., transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital VIII-3, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010399 (the “Partnership”), to Adveq Splitter Jersey III S.L.P. and, as a result of such transfer, Adveq Splitter Jersey III S.L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group European Buyout 2005 (A), L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
