"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) and Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."
