"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef Ahmed Rashid (IP No. 9718) of Kingsland Business Recovery, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting of the creditors held on 8 November 2018, Christopher Brooksbank (IP No 9658) of O'Haras Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE was appointed as Liquidator.
