1. The London Borough of Hounslow on 3 November 2018 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into operation on 12 November 2018.

2. The general effect of the Parking Places Order will be to introduce a new controlled parking zone (CPZ) in the Linkfield Road area which would operate Mondays to Fridays 10am-noon & 5pm-7pm. The CPZ will consist of:

a) Resident permit bays in Aylett Road, Castle Road, Copper Mill Drive, Grainger Road, Kendall Road, Linkfield Road, Lismore Close, Loring Road, Mill Plat Avenue, Newton Road, Nottingham Road, Smallberry Avenue, St Johns Road and Woodland Road, Isleworth as detailed in Schedule 1 to this Notice, and

b) Shared use permit bays allowing resident, business permit holders and pay by phone for a maximum stay of 2 hours in Braddock Close, Gumley Gardens, Linkfield Road, Loring Road and St Johns Road and as detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading amendment Order will be to further amend the London Borough of Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2008 by amending and introducing limited waiting bays and various waiting and loading restrictions in the roads listed in Schedule 3, 4, 5 and 6 to this Notice. Detailed descriptions and plans are available on the Council’s website.

4. The general effect of the Loading Places Order is to amend the description of the goods vehicle loading bay in Woodland Road, Isleworth to match what is on street.

5. The general effect of the Disabled Parking bays would be to amend the description of existing parking bay in the roads listed in Schedule 7 to this Notice.

6. Documents giving further information of the Orders can be viewed for a period of 6 weeks from the date of this Notice: (a) online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar, or (b) at the Forms and Documents Counter, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN, between the hours of 9am and 4.15pm, Mondays to Fridays.

7. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
