(a) The Equitable Charge created by an Interim Charging order of the Count Court at Middlesbrough dated 26 August 2014 (court reference 3YL81555) referred to in entry number 7 of the Charges Register of the above mentioned title.

(b) The Unilateral Notice in respect of a Final Charging Order dated 14 October 2014 in the Middlesbrough County Court (court reference 3YL81555) Noted in entry number 8 of the Charges Register of the above mentioned title.

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by s.1013 of the Companies Act 2006 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's beneficial interests (if any) arising under the said above Charges the vesting of the interests have come to his notice on 25 July 2018.
