Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 15 October 2018, Landmark Partners XVI-GP, L.P. for the account of Landmark TIG Co-Investment Fund I, L.P. transferred the whole of its interest in TDR Capital Stonegate L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP019720, comprising a capital contribution of £387.00, to Landmark Partners XVI-GP, LP for the account of Landmark Sing Co-Investment Fund I, L.P., and consequently, on that date, Landmark Partners XVI-GP, LP for the account of Landmark Sing Co-Investment Fund I, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of £387.00.
