NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the reconvened First Meetings of the Creditors and Contributories of Global Steel Holdings Limited were held on 3 October 2018 at the offices of Browne Craine & Co, Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5EP (the “First Meetings”). NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Court will consider the resolutions and determinations of the First Meetings at a hearing at the Courthouse in Douglas at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 8 November 2018.
