Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that each of the following limited partners (the “Transferring Limited Partners”) have transferred their entire interest in BBTPS FP LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006256 (the “Partnership”) to Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings:

1 Adrian Willetts;

2 Stephen Bonnard;

3 Robin Lawson;

4 Kevin Reynolds and Ruth McIntosh as Trustees of the Reynolds Family Trust No. 5; and

5 Mark Stroud.

As a result the Transferring Limited Partners have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
