Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 September 2018, Partners Group Access 43 L.P. transferred the entire interest held by it in Segulah IV L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP012476 (the “Partnership”) to Generali Global Private Equity S.A. SICAR and Partners Group Access 1013 L.P., and consequently, with effect from that date, Partners Group Access 43 L.P. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and each of Generali Global Private Equity S.A. SICAR and Partners Group Access 1013 L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
