NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of creditors is to be held at De Vere’s Venue, 1 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD on 18 October 2018 at 10:00, for the purpose in accordance with paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, notice is hereby given that the business of a meeting of creditors in the above matter to consider our statement of proposals and to consider establishing a committee of creditors, and, if no committee is established, to consider approving the Administrators' remuneration and disbursements and the pre-administration costs. This is to be conducted by way of a physical meeting in accordance with paragraph 246ZE(7) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The option to attend the meeting virtually is also available, such information will be supplied to creditors once a proof of debt and proxy form is received at premierfx@geoffreymartin.co.uk no later than 23:59 on 11 October 2018.

Should you wish to attend the meeting on 18 October 2018, please inform Brooke Overton-Yorke of your proposed attendance, and details of any person who will be accompanying you (you are entitled to bring one person with you), by 16:00 17 October 2018. All attendees must bring photo identification, such as a valid passport or driving license. You will not be allowed entry without these.

In order to be entitled to vote, creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Geoffrey Martin & Co 1 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD by 16:00 on 17 October 2018.

The convener of the meeting is the creditors.
