NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the provisions of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 that on 12 April 2018 Charnwood Borough Council (“the Council”):

1. Reviewed the area of special architectural or historic interest within and around the Loughborough Emmanuel Church Conservation Area. Following public consultation, the Council has determined that the areas described in the Schedule to this Notice are no longer considered to be areas of special architectural or historic interest and that these areas are to be excluded from the existing Loughborough Emmanuel Church Conservation Area. It has accordingly re-designated the Loughborough Emmanuel Church Conservation Area with revisions to the boundary as described in the Schedule to this Notice.

LOUGHBOROUGH EMMANUEL CHURCH CONSERVATION AREA

The following properties and/or land and highways have been EXCLUDED from the Loughborough Emmanuel Church Conservation Area:

• Forest Court development, Forest Road.

• Trinity Methodist Church Centre, Royland Road.

A plan defining the boundary changes of the whole of Loughborough Emmanuel Church Conservation Area (as amended) is available on request from Charnwood Borough Council.
