Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 3 September 2018 by Helen Louise Grant as Executrix-nominate of the late James Michael Arthur Williams for an Order to restore JU2 Limited, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC265356) and having its registered office at 3 Dava Street, Glasgow G51 2JA to the Register of Companies in terms of Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; and in which Petition the court, by Deliverance dated 21 September 2018, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
