On 18/9/18 the Council made and confirmed the above Order under Sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 which comes into effect on 22/9/18. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Notice detailed in the Edinburgh Gazette No 28064 dated 10/8/18 and in the Courier and Advertiser on 10/8/18.
