Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that on 20 September 2018 (being the effective date of the transfer), Macquarie Investment Management Limited as trustee of the Global Private Equity Fund (formerly known as Macquarie Global Private Equity Fund) has transferred all the interest held by it in Europe Fund III, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011126, to Equity Trustees Limited as trustee of the Global Private Equity Fund and Macquarie Investment Management Limited as trustee of the Global Private Equity Fund has ceased to be a limited partner in Europe Fund III, L.P..
