Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that pursuant to a deed of accession and retirement dated 19 September 2018, Euro III PPP Platform GP Limited retired and ceased to be a general partner in Euro III PPP Platform Limited Partnership, a private fund limited partnership registered in England with number LP19679, and Scheldt Investco PPP Ireland GP Limited became a general partner in Euro III PPP Platform Limited Partnership.
