AYBROOK STREET (MARYLEBONE FARMERS MARKET)

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended:

• The City of Westminster (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (Amendment No. *) Order 201*;

• The City of Westminster (Prescribed Routes) (No. *) Traffic Order 201*;

• The City of Westminster (Parking Places) (F Zone) (Amendment No. *) Order 201*; and

• The City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. *) Order 201*;

2. The general effect of the Orders would be, in connection with the relocation of the Marylebone Farmers Market from Moxon Street Car Park to Aybrook Street, to prohibit vehicles from entering the following lengths of roads between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Sunday, except for the purposes of loading and unloading between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. and between 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m.

• Ashland Place (between Ossington Buildings and Moxon Street);

• Aybrook Street (whole length);

• Moxon Street (between Ossington Buildings and Ashland Place); and

• St. Vincent Street (between Cramer Street and Aybrook Street).

3. To facilitate the road closures referred to above it is necessary to revise the hours of control at the existing parking places and waiting restrictions in Aybrook Street as follows:

(a) the “Blue Badge” disabled parking places would operate between midnight and midnight on Monday to Saturday and between midnight and 8.00 a.m. and between 4.00 p.m. and midnight on Sunday;

(b) the residents’ parking places would operate between 8.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday and between 4.00 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. on Sunday;

(c) the single yellow line waiting restrictions would operate between 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday and between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Sunday.

Please note that single yellow line waiting restrictions operating between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. would also apply within the existing parking places in Aybrook Street on Sunday.

4. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at WSP, Palace Gardens Suite, 27th Floor, Portland House, Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5RS.

6. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
