“That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) both of Silke & Co Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Limited Liability Partnership for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
