INFOTEC UK LIMITED PENSION PLAN
Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27(1) of the Trustee Act 1925
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, that Ricoh Pensions Trustee Limited (the “Trustee”) is winding up the Infotec UK Limited Pension Plan (the “Plan”). This follows the transfer of members’ benefits into either a master trust provided by Legal & General in February 2017 or into individual policies in members’ own names.
Any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Plan is hereby required to now make a claim.
Claimants should send full particulars of their claim in writing by 30 September 2018 (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to the following address: Infotec UK Limited Pension Plan, Capita Employee Solutions, PO Box 4990, Sheffield S1 9GE. Please clearly state the name of the Plan and quote “Attention: Ian Head regarding Infotec UK Limited Pension Plan” in all correspondence.
After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements it has notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
Issued on behalf of the Trustee of the Plan.
Dated 25 July 2018
