NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Companies by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure for the appointment of Alan J Clark of Carter Clark as Liquidator of the Companies.

To object to this decision, creditors must deliver a duly completed notice of objection to Recovery House, 15-17 Roebuck Road, Hainault Business Park, IIford, Essex IG6 3TU by no later than 23.59 hours on 30 July 2018, the Decision Date, together with proof of their debt, without which objections will be invalid.
