1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, on the 12th July 2018 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order will be to increase existing waiting restrictions to apply at any time or impose double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at any time in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the Parking Places Order will be to shorten by 2 and 3 metres permit holder parking places in Esmond Road, shorten a permit holder parking place by 2 metres in Ramillies Road and lengthen by 2 metres a permit holder parking place in Ramillies Road and relocate a permit parking place in Rusthall Avenue.

4. The Orders, which will come into operation on 16th July 2018, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans, are available by e-mail from Highwayservices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 23rd August 2018.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 23rd August 2018.

Dormers Rise, Southall

the east side, between a point opposite the northern wall of No. 41 Dormers Rise and a point 11.7 metres south of that wall.

Esmond Road

the east side, between the northern kerb-line of South Parade and a point 10.00 metres north of that kerb-line.

West Park Road

(a) the north side, between a point 22.7 metres west of a point opposite the western extremity of the parking area immediately opposite Nos. 1 to 8 Alderson Place and a point 0.7 metres west of that point;

(b) the south side

(a) the east side, between the northern kerb-line of the east to west arm of Whitecote Road and a point 18.5 metres south of that kerb-line;

(b) the west side, between a point 9.00 metres north of the northern kerb-line of the east to west arm of Whitecote Road and a point 12.4.metres south of the southern kerb-line of the east to west arm of Whitecote Road;

(c) the north side of the east to west arm of Whitecote Road, between the western kerb-line of the north to south arm of Whitecote Road and a point 6.5 metres west of that kerb-line;

(d) the south side of the east to west arm of Whitecote Road, between the western kerb-line of the north to south arm of Whitecote Road and a point 8.1 metres west of that kerb-line.
