Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees are winding up the above Scheme.

Any former employee of Peerless Limited, Drumrace Limited, Peerless Plastics Packaging Limited, Superfos Packaging Consumer Limited or Superfos Tamworth Limited who believes he or she was a member of the above named Scheme but who has not already received or transferred his or her benefits out of the Scheme, or any person who believes that they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme is hereby required to make a claim.

Claimants should send full particulars of their claim in writing by 12th September 2018 (together with their full name, address, NI Number, date of birth, dates of employment and copies of any relevant papers) to Steve Bane, Pensions and Employee Benefits Manager, RPC Group Plc, Sapphire House, Crown Way, Rushden, Northamptonshire, NN10 6FB

After 12th September 2018, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
