Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that AXA Capital Europe L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-8 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014064 (the “Partnership”), to JRP Boulder Investors, L.P. and as a result of such transfer, JRP Boulder Investors, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and AXA Capital Europe L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
