Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Lexington Capital Partners V L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital VII-8, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006842 (the “Partnership”), to Montauk TriGuard Fund VII LP and as a result of such transfer, Montauk TriGuard Fund VII LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Lexington Capital Partners V L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
