INNISFREE PFI SECONDARY FUND 2 LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, of an arrangement under which 18.18% of the share of PGS Nominee No 1 Limited as a limited partner of Innisfree PFI Secondary Fund 2 LP (a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014126) has been assigned to Arriva Passenger Services Pension Trustees Limited and 81.82% of the share of PGS Nominee No 1 Limited has been assigned to The Prudential Assurance Company Limited with effect from the date of the publication of this notice.
