THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (DOCTOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 9) ORDER 2018

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 18th June 2018 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:

(a) replace one of the two doctors’ parking bays outside The Connaught Square Practice, No. 41 Connaught Square with a “Blue Badge” disabled persons’ parking bay; and

(b) replace the redundant “White Badge” disabled person’s personal parking bay in Barrett Street, adjacent to Nos. 21 to 25 James Street, with a “Blue Badge” disabled persons’ parking bay.

3. The Orders, which will come into force on 25th June 2018, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until 30th July 2018 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at WSP, Palace Gardens Suite, 27th Floor, Portland House, Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5RS.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
