Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 14 June 2018 VB Erneuerbare Energien und Infrastruktur GMBH & Co. KG transferred all of the interest held by it in Dalmore Capital 3 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP017755 (the "Partnership"), to Palladio (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. as manager (Gérant) of VB Erneuerbare Energien und Infrastruktur GMBH & Co. KG ceased to be a limited partner in the Partneship and Palladio (Luxembourg) S.à.r.l. as manager (Gérant) of VB Erneuerbare Energien und Infrastruktur-L SCSp, was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
