“Karat Marketing Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly it be wound up and that Graeme C Smith, CA, Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
