HIWA HASAN

In a petition presented on 31 January 2018 to the Lords of Council and Session in terms of section 8 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in respect of Hiwa Hasan, residing at 834 Dumbarton Road, Clydebank, G81 4BX, Lord Clark disqualified Hiwa Hasan, without leave of the Court, from being a director of a company, a liquidator or administrator of a company, a receiver or manager of a company’s property, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a period of five years, commencing from 18 April 2018. All of which intimation is hereby given.
