Property: Lease dated 17th October 1984 between Belfast City Council and McKinney Estates Limited and therein described as "ALL THAT piece or parcel of land containing approximately 2.02 acres statute measure situate on the West side of Duncrue Crescent in the City of Belfast as the same are more particularly described and delineated on the plan annexed hereto and thereon edged red together with all buildings and other works erected thereon."
