Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency Rules 2016, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends making a final distribution to creditors. The creditors of the Company are required on or before 11 June 2018, to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Simon Gwinnutt of Cirrus Professional Services, The Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU, the Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide any further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not provided his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the intended distribution mentioned above or any other distribution declared before his debt is proved.

The Liquidation intends that, after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.
