1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Parking Places) (Car Club) (Amendment No. *) Order 20** would be to amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Parking Places) (Car Club) Order 2013 so as to introduce a number of new car club bays into the streets listed in schedule 1 to this order.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to the following address:

until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
