Pursuant to Section 297A of Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, notice is hereby given that an application is to be made by The Devon & Cornwall Police for the forfeiture of a quantity of cash, namely £1,880.97, which was seized on 11 August 2017 at Boardmasters Festival, Trebelsue Farm, Newquay, Cornwall. TR8 4AN and detained under Section 295 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 at Cornwall Magistrates Court on 25 August 2017 and further detained under Section 295 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 at Cornwall Magistrates Court on 20 February 2018. Any person with an interest in the cash may object to the proposed forfeiture. Any such objection should be sent in writing to: DEVON AND CORNWALL POLICE FINANCIAL INVESTIGATION UNIT, TRURO POLICE STATION, CASTLE RISE, PYDAR STREET, TRURO, CORNWALL TR1 2UD. If no objection is received, the forfeiture of the detained cash will proceed on 7 June 2018 and no further notice will be given.
