“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company is insolvent and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos: 8584 and 8368) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
