Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 March 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 April 2018, I, OLISAEMEKA DESMOND EZEAKO, 12 Adelaide Close, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 4AA , Married/Civil Partnership and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of OLISA EZEAKO UCHENNA and assumed the name of OLISAEMEKA DESMOND EZEAKO.
