NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that Manubhai Govindbhai Mistry and Hemal Mistry of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 0ED were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State on 1 February 2018.
Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.
The decision to establish a liquidation committee may be made by the Company’s creditors and/or by its contributories. Where the decision is made by both the creditors and the contributories, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules unless the court orders otherwise. The liquidators must seek a decision from the creditors and contributories as to whether a liquidation committee should be established if requested, in accordance with the Rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.
The liquidators do not propose to seek a decision from the Company’s creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee.
