On 2 March 2018, a note was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Jones Whyte Law, 59 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2DH for and on behalf of Michael Gemmell, craving the court to grant leave for the said Michael Gemmell to bring proceedings against KSL Hair Ltd under the Insolvency Act 1986; to find Mr Gemmell entitled to expenses of the application and to direct the same to be expenses in the liquidation, the Sheriff appointed notice of the import of the note and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald Newspaper and ordains Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth R Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the note should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement: all of which notice is hereby given.
