Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Liquidator of the above named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from Creditors by way of correspondence on fixing the basis of remuneration of the Liquidator and for the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firm's policy.
