NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL (CLOSURE AND DIVERSION OF PART OF CORE PATH 333 AT CROW WOOD GOLF COURSE, CUMBERNAULD ROAD, CHRYSTON, GLASGOW)

STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION ORDER 2018

North Lanarkshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the stopping up of part of Core Path 333 shown hatched and outlined in black on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the said Order and for its diversion to the alternative route shown coloured red on the said Order. The Order is about to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation or to be confirmed as an unopposed Order. Part of Core Path 333 will be stopped up and closed to all traffic (including pedestrian traffic). The stopping up and diversion of part of Core Path 333 is necessary to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the said Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.

A copy of the Order and relevant plan showing the part of Core Path 333 to be stopped up and diverted may be inspected at the offices of either Chryston Library, Lindsaybeg Road, Chryston G69 9DL, or at the offices of the Head of Business for Legal and Democratic Solutions, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB by any person, free of charge, at all reasonable hours during a period of Twenty eight days following the appearance of this advertisement.

Within that period, any person, by written notice to the undernoted (quoting reference R PD SUO 0020), may make representations or objections with respect to the Order.
