The above listed companies of Deutsche Bank Group hereby inform that they will conduct a tender process for the annual audit of each of their financial statements (including the preparation of the relevant data for the IFRS-consolidated statements of Deutsche Bank Group), and in the case of Deutsche Bank AG for the annual audit as well as for the Deutsche Bank group audit of the 2020 financial year.
Audit firms interested in participating in this tender process may indicate such interest by contacting the Procurement email address DB.Audit-Tender@db.com by 26 February 2018, 6pm CET. In your response please also indicate regarding which of the abovementioned companies you would like to participate in a tender process and provide information for your respective contact.
Following the feedback period, and subject to signing a confidentiality agreement, documents containing detailed information on the scope of the tender will be provided by the respective company.

Die vorstehenden Gesellschaften des Deutsche Bank Konzerns schreiben jeweils das Mandat zur Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses (einschließlich der Zulieferung für den IFRS-Konzernabschluss der Deutsche Bank Gruppe), im Falle der Deutsche Bank AG das Mandat zur Prüfung des Jahres- und Konzernabschlusses ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2020 aus.
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften können ihr Interesse an den Ausschreibungen bis zum 26. Februar 2018, 18:00 Uhr MEZ, an die zentrale Kontaktadresse des eingeschalteten Einkaufsdienstleisters DB.Audit-Tender@db.com mitteilen. Bitte geben Sie dabei auch an, für welche der vorgenannten Gesellschaften Sie an der Ausschreibung teilnehmen möchten und benennen Sie hierfür den jeweils zuständigen Ansprechpartner.
Nach Ablauf der Frist und Abschluss einer Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung werden von der jeweiligen Gesellschaft die Ausschreibungsunterlagen mit detaillierten Informationen zum Umfang der Ausschreibung zur Verfügung gestellt.
