Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 January 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22 January 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of LENNOX HALL-SAGE, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of LENNOX SAGE and assumed the name of LENNOX HALL-SAGE.
