Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 January 2018, Zetacap Limited has transferred its entire interest in Segulah V F&F L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL017144 (the “Partnership”) to Gurkmejan AB.

As a result, Zetacap Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Gurkmejan AB has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
