1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on the 29 January 2018 made the above Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

(a) Revoke the existing free parking bay in Church Road, Upper Norwood, outside the Queen’s Hotel;

(b) Extend an existing resident only parking bay in Fairdene Road, Coulsdon. The bay outside No. 37 would be extended by 10 metres south-westwards;

(c) Introduce two new 5-metre resident only parking bays in Reddown Road outside Nos. 42 and 46 and extend the existing resident only bay outside No. 39 by 10 metres south-westwards.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on the 05 February 2018, can be inspected between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the “Access Croydon” Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk Croydon, CR0 1EA.

4. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from Parking Design, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk Croydon, CR0 1EA.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
