THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.34) ORDER 2018

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th January 2018 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to will be install new carriageway cycle parking

a) on the existing permit holders zone M parking bays outside 57 -59 Allen Road.

b) on the existing zone Q parking bays on Collent Street at the junction with Well Street

c) on the existing zone D parking bays in Mehetabel Road at the junction with Isabella Road.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 5th February 2018, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, in the visitors reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
