NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 224 of the Companies Act 1931 that a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at Clinch's House, Lord Street, Douglas, IM99 1RZ, Isle of Man on 12 March 2018 at 10am for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and its property disposed of and the hearing of any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which the books and papers of the Company will be disposed of.

NOTE: Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a member.
