Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 19 January 2018, HgCapital Initial GP Limited retired as general partner of HGT Saturn L.P. (the “Partnership”), a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP018987, and was replaced as general of the Partnership by Hg Saturn General Partner L.P. Inc.
