Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that I, James Snowdon, the Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, intend paying a First Dividend to non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified herein.
