Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Jan Ståhlberg transferred 100% of the interest held by him in EQT MMUS Employee Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017228 (the “Partnership”), to AB Trill, and consequently, AB Trill was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Jan Ståhlberg ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
