LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 43) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 25th January 2018 the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49,51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to provide a dedicated loading facility for local business and short stay parking facilities for visitors to the Bristol Avenue/ Grahame Park Way area the general effect of the Order will be to:

# (1) Introduce a loading only parking bay approximately 19 metres in length outside Sainsbury’s on Grahame Park Way NW9 which will operate “At any time”.

(2) Introduce a short stay parking bay, maximum stay 30 minutes, no return within 2 hours, for approximately 20 metres in length, which will operate between the hours of 7am to 11pm Monday to Sunday outside Sainsbury’s on Grahame Park Way NW9.

A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday 25th January 2018 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays and Public Holidays Excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at:

1. Design Team, 11th Floor Barnet House, 1255 High Road, London N20 0EJ

2. Reception, Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London, NW4 4BG

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
