TAKE NOTICE that on 6th April 2018 an Application will be made by Reading Borough Council, the Highway Authority, to the Reading and West Berkshire Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Civic Centre, Reading at 12pm for an Order authorising the STOPPING UP of an area of land adjacent to 17 Somerstown Court and shown outlined black on plan referenced LEGAL/HT/7722 on the ground that the area of highway in question in unnecessary.

AND TAKE NOTICE that the plan referenced LEGAL/HT/7722 showing the area of highway to which the Application relates can be inspected without payment at the Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading between the hours of 9.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and also at Reading Central Library up to and including 6th April 2018.
