Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 August 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 January 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Muhammed Yusuf who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Muhammed Yusuf Ishaq and assumed the name of Muhammed Yusuf.
